Making A Purchase

Our goods are for sale to persons aged over 18

These are the terms and conditions on which we Jemini Oxford Limited agreed to sell you our goods as detailed in our confirmation of your order. If there is anything you do not understand please contact us.
An order placed by you, on this web site, is an offer to buy the goods and is not binding on either of us until we have confirmed our acceptance of your order. If the ordered goods are not available, we will refund any payment already made but will not have any further liability to you.
The price, quantity and description of the goods are as set out in our order confirmation. If you do not agree with it, you should contact us immediately.
Whilst we take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of pictures and description of our goods, to ensure your satisfaction, we reserve the right to replace goods or packaging to equal value and quality.
All prices include VAT and are in British Pounds. Any delivery charges are stated in our web site.
Payment fo rthe goods is in accordance with the method selected by you from our web site.

Shipping And Handling

< We will use our best endeavours to deliver the goods on the delivery date to the address you have supplied us. Please note that our add on gifts in our Jemini Collection are not available outside the Abingdon and Oxford area >

Delivery Schedule

As members of Interflora, we can arrange delivery of flowers across the UK using the Interflora Collection. Orders must be received by 1pm for same day delivery.
International orders can be arranged and flowers delivered will be in accordance to local availability.
Most orders can be delivered same day if required, provided the order is received by 11 am Monday to Friday and 9am on Saturday for Saturday delivery.
We do not offer a Sunday Delivery service at present apart from Mothering Sundays at a premium delivery charge of £7.99.
Should we be unable to arrange delivery on the date you have requested, we will email you immediately.

Tax Charges

All orders are inclusive of UK Value added Tax of 20%

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

Customer service policy. <Due to the nature of perishable products, all goods which have not achieved satisfaction should be notified/returned within 48 hours, when we will happily replace them.>
